The Land of the Rising Sun is amazing in many ways, for the perception of an ordinary European person. The form of greeting and communication, the traditions of dining and cooking, everything in this country is very different from what we are used to. The same applies to the utensils that the Japanese use in everyday life and in restaurants. And although in today's global world the differences have become much less pronounced, they are still there.
How does the tableware produced in Japan differ from the rest? What special characteristics are inherent in it? And in general, what kind of tableware is made in the land of the rising sun most of all? Answers to these questions we tried to find and set out in this article.
